BESCHREIBUNG & EINTEILUNG

Bonjour and welcome at the luxury holiday home Isabel, accommodated to a tasteful style and close to the medieval village Désaignes. It has marvelous views of the Ardèche hills and is located nearby the river 'Le Doux'. Fenced estate, so child friendly. Pets allowed upon agreement.

Isabel (100m2) has a living room with bright and modern open plan kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, bunk beds and two washbowls and an extra bedroom with a small double bed and washbowl. The second toilet and shower are down the hallway. Sliding windows give access from the living room to the loggia (inside terrace), a stone staircase leads to the fenced garden. Extra second, private outdoor terrace with barbecue and loungers.
The gite Isabel can also be rented in combination with the two other luxury gites Marguerite and Sophie.

UMGEBUNG & AKTIVITÄTEN

Marvellous signposted hiking trips and cycling trips, peace, quiet and privacy – excellent for reading, culture, swimming, jeu de boules (at the property), fishing, golf, horse riding, badminton, lovely daytrips, markets, flee markets, local festivities and wine caves.

At a 20m distance, the river 'Le Doux' runs alongside the property. Here you can have a swim, go fishing (trout) or build dikes with the children.

At 300m lies the medieval village with ramparts and castle museum. During summer months there's a small swimming lake at walking distance. Horse riding school, horse riding through the hills.
