Recent villa ('96), facing South, on a hill of 5 hectare.
74 m² - Ikea furniture, child-friendly.
Large living room. Half-open, fully fitted, kitchen.
1 bedroom with two single beds.
1 bedroom with two bunk beds / separation wall / double bed + washbasin.
2 persons folding bed in the living room.
Bathroom : shower + washbasin. Separate wc.
Terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue. Parking.
Swimming-pool 12 x 5 m + paddling pool.
(The swimming-pool is used by the occupants of both our holiday houses).
We have a second house "Le Genévrier" on that same hill, lodges 8 to 10 persons and costs 690€/week in high season.
