BESCHREIBUNG & EINTEILUNG

At the domain "Residence Chateau Cazaleres" in Daumazan we have 6 holiday homes to let (type Campagne and type Espace). The villas are very luxurious and have all required facilities. They all have a new fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, micro-wave oven, traditional oven and fridge/freezer combination. The living rooms are modern and have new furniture.

All houses have 3 bedrooms. Type Campagne has 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 upstairs, Type Espace has 1 bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and an extra toilet upstairs.
The bathroom in Type Escpace has a bath, shower and toilet. Type Campagne has downstairs a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath and shower.
They all have a nice spacious garden met plenty of garden furniture (loungers) and often 2 terraces to fully enjoy the sun and the nice view.

UMGEBUNG & AKTIVITÄTEN

Residence Chateau Cazaleres is located in Ariege, at the foot of the Pyrenees, where it is lovely to walk and mountain bike. At the reception you will find several walking and cycling trips. You will love the French way of life here with tasteful wines and many restaurants. There's a variety of activities for children of every age.

Rafting, kayaking, climbing, tennis. For the younger children: zoo, play garden and a nice swimming pool with separate children's pool. During high season there's an animation team for all ages with a variety of activities from dusk till dawn.
The youth can have fun in the disco underneath the Chateau, whilst the parents have a nice glass of wine on the upper terrace of the Chateau and enjoy the music of the local bands. Shortly, there's plenty to do for every age.

PREISE UND ZEITEN

The houses are available from May 1st until November 1st. In spring and autumn, a part of the swimming pool is heated.
Prices include linen and electricity. Final cleaning is required and is to be settled on the spot. Cleaning cost for type Campagne is 55 euro, for type Espace 60 euro.
In July and August, tourist taxes are obliged for guests >12j and amount to 0,20 euro/person/night.
