BESCHREIBUNG & EINTEILUNG

In an idyllic and peaceful setting in the beautiful rolling countryside of the Southern Lot, Lavande is part of a lovely 18th century stone farm complex, now tastefully restored by its current owners. The property is set within 9 acres of tranquil parkland, which includes a small lake and fruit orchard, with a 12 x 6 metre fenced pool with large sunbathing terraces.

Lavande is a very light and spacious stone gite full of character which sleeps up to 5 in 2 very spacious bedrooms. There is a wealth of oak beams and exposed stone walls throughout. The large kitchen / living area is open plan, with a fullly fitted kitchen, woodburner and British TV and DVD. The downstairs bedroom (3 singles) is off the living room and has its own spacious shower room and separate toilet. The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor mezzanine and the 2nd bathroom is located off the hallway on the ground floor. Lavande has its own private terrace overlooking the pool with views across the valley and its own BBQ facilities.

Lavande is located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Lot, amidst vineyards and sunflower fields, 15 minutes drive from the Lot river. We are situated close to the GR65 walking trail, and there are many beautiful hiking and biking routes in the area. We are close to numerous vineyards for wine tasting, water sports, (Lot river), golf, horseriding, archery, swimming, (Lake at Montcuq), excellent nearby Sunday market at Montcuq, including local produce and crafts or tour the many ancient medieval villages and sample the local cafes and restaurants.
