Family luxury apartment in an Art Nouveau house. in Cavalaire sur mer, near St Tropez. Grand marble staircase to the 1st floor. Veranda overlooking the sea and a 15 meter outdoor swimming pool, with mountains views from the bedrooms. Magnificent high ceilings and French windows in all rooms. The apartment has a private drive, electric gates and parking.

Sleeps up to 6, fully furnished, self catering. Fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge and bathroom. Two double bedrooms, 1 with twin beds the other with double bed and a bed settee in the lounge. Cot for babies and high chair available. 15 minutes walk to the town, with interesting shops, restaurants, and 4 kms of sandy beaches and a large marina.

Ideal for beach holidays, water sports, diving, walking, cycling, tennis, golf and horse riding. Non-smoking apartment.

Cavalaire sur Mer is sheltered by wooded Hills. Peaceful situation along the 4 km white sandy beaches makes this an ideal beach or activity holiday. The beach is 15 minutes walk away from the apartment. Excursions: Le Lavendou 21Kms, St Tropez 18kms, St Maxime 22 kms, Toulon 61kms, Cannes 80kms. Sport 10-15 min away includes horse riding, tennis, water skiing, sailing, yacht haven for 800 ships, cruising and deep diving and fishing. Restaurants 10-15mins in the marina. Tourist board 10-15 min away. Lots of interesting shops, including a big supermarket and a local market on a Wednesday.
