BESCHREIBUNG & EINTEILUNG

CASA DA MARMADUKE SCARLET in a very quiet cul-de-sac, no through going traffic in the front or back of the villa. Very nice situated, only 100 meters from the sandy beach and the promenade.
Nice view from the balcony over the ocean.
Shopping centre, busstop and fresh bakery nearly on the corner.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES.
Downstairs are the three bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. 2 luxury bathrooms with the finest details.
Upstairs the livingroom with comfortable seats, satellite TV, the diningcorner and the well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, toaster etc.
The terrace has sunchairs, sunumbrella's and a table with chairs for dining.

UMGEBUNG & AKTIVITÄTEN

PRAIA DA LUZ, the sun drenched south western part of the Algarve offers a nice sandy beach, guarded in the summer and safe for children. It is a small ressort which means that all facilities are easy walking distance within the town centre. The town has all the required amenities which include: post office, bank, busstop, cash dispending machines, Internet cafe, several supermarkets, restaurants and terraces, pharmacy and a good medical centre.

If water sports are your preference, there are two centres at the beach providing everything from banana boat rides to sailing lessons and fishing excursions.
Facilities at or near Praia da Luz include scuba diving, water-skiing, windsurfing, microlite, horse riding and of course golf. There are four golf courses within a twenty minute drive.
Swimming pools and tennis in the vicinity.

Praia da Luz is close to the historic town of Lagos, with a cosmopolitian marina and great shops.

PREISE UND ZEITEN

CASA do MARMADUKE SCARLET is available for your holiday from 1/1 to 31/12 every year. We advise to book early to prevent disappointment.

The rates are in euro per week (8 days/7 nights) and based on a occupancy of 2 persons. If there are more persons in your party there will be a small surcharge for every person above 2. Please ask for the exact rate.
The rates include use of gas/water/electricity, cleaning and all linen. The housekeeper will come every week and will change the bed linen. Bath linen will be changed 2x weekly.
The final cleaning and tourist taxes are also included.

During the period 1/11-31/03 gas and electricity are not inclusive.

For longer stays in winter there will be a special rate for a minimum of 4 weeks stay with 2 persons. Please ask for the details.
