BESCHREIBUNG & EINTEILUNG

Villa SAWANA is a prestigious, luxury villa located in the Teranga Residence, in the heart of the SALY sea-side resort, at 85km from the Dakar airport.

The residence consists of 52 villas scattered over a 4ha estate, with lush and very well maintained gardens filled with flowers and ancient baobab trees.
The private villas are located in joint ownership at the same location as the Teranga****4-star hotel, consisting out of small villa's itself.
Guests renting the private villas have access to all activities being organized by the animation team of the hotel, the 600m2 swimming pool (separate children's pool), the mini kids club under the supervision of qualified instructors (children from 3 up to 12), folklore evenings.

The villa is located in the heart of the residence, at a few dozen meters from the swimming pool and the private beach. Although not far from the pool, it is sufficient to provide you with the needful peace and quiet.

Shady, covered terrace with bougainvilleas: 30m2 of terrace with comfortable garden furniture and large dining table in wrought iron, suitable for 10 people.

There is staff at your disposal, service 7 days a week ** (2 persons, 5 days a week and one person 2 days a week) for:
- Maintenance: cleaning, washing house linen, washing and ironing of your personal belongings.
- The kitchen: at your request, the staff will serve you a number of courses according to your needs and will be happy to prepare you a meal with daily fresh fish or seafood.

Golf: the Saly golf course (18 holes) is a real oasis with many surprises in store around the greens.
Quad / motorbike / horse riding / tennis / fishing / ULM / Karting: on Saly you can participate in many excursions such as 4x4, quad or motorcycle trips, mountain biking, horse riding.

Center for 'big game' fishing (swordfish), fishing with hand lines, a ULM airport (first flights with different types of planes ... theoretical and practical lessons), parachuting, karting circuit, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, jet skiing, etc.

Practical:

In the Saly seaside resort : doctors, pharmacies, banks, numerous restaurants, nightclubs, karaoke bars, supermarket, shops, artisan market, etc.

- Occupation of the villa with three double rooms: 167 Euro for the 3 rooms (=total price/ night)
- Occupation of the villa with 4 double rooms: 203 Euro for the 4 rooms (=total price/ night)
- Occupation of the villa with 5 double rooms: 243 Euro for the 5 rooms (=total price/ night)

Minimum stay: 1 week
Down payment: 30% of the total amount to confirm the reservation.

Reductions:
Booking of 3 full weeks: nights of the 3rd week will be charged at 18% reduction
Booking of >3 weeks: additional nights are charged with 33% off
