BESCHREIBUNG & EINTEILUNG

This original Slovak mountain chalet lies on a southern slope of the Slovakian Ore Mountains. The chalet, which was built in 1946 and renovated in 2005, is situated at an altitude of 800 meters and has 25 acres of land and 10 hectares of woodland. It is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of meadows full of flowers. The heart of nature lovers will beat faster at the sight of the fantastic view of more than 60 km - no exceptions! The area around the chalet is absolutely gorgeous. There is a furnished porch (with BBQ) which runs the entire length of the house. In the 150-tree orchard there is a fire pit so you can enjoy an evening campfire (after consultation). There is also a pool (3.90 m diameter) with chlorine filter, climbing ropes, rings, a swing and a large trampoline. The manager lives 30 meters away and speaks Dutch, Slovak, German and English. A great resort for those who enjoy hiking, tranquility and nature. Groceries can be purchased in Uteká? / Kokava nR (3-8 km), where there are supermarkets and restaurants. Cars can be parked in a private, secluded area. An ideal cottage for four adults plus one small child.

The cozy living room contains a sitting and dining area, a radio with CD player and a satellite TV with DVD player. There is a wood-burning stove (free firewood) for a pleasant warmth on those cool summer evenings or in the spring and autumn. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, 4-burner electric cooker, microwave, bread maker, coffeemaker, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner and iron. A highchair is available. The water supply comes from a private well (approved and safe). Finally, on the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. Upstairs you?ll find two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed the other with two single beds. A crib can be added upon request. The chalet has cupboards for ample storage.
