BESCHREIBUNG & EINTEILUNG

CASA BARBOSA is a typical Luz Bay holiday villa in Praia da Luz on 250 metres from the beach situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a 3 bedroom townhouse with nice seaview.
The shops including the fresh bakery are round the corner.
The villa is very spacious with large terraces and balconies all with seaview and facing south.
In the walled garden is a small swimming pool ideal for children where they can en play safely.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES.
Villa sleeps 5/6 in 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 2 double beds and 2 singel beds. A cot can be arranged on request. There are 2 bathrooms one with bath and shower and the other one with a wash-basin.
Upstairs is the cosy livingroom, the very big kitchen and the sun terrace overlooking the ocean.
In the lounge are sufficient seats for 6 persons, a dining corner, satellite TV and a reading corner.
The kitchen has a washing machine, big fridge, microwave etc.

The ideal place for a family with children.

UMGEBUNG & AKTIVITÄTEN

PRAIA DA LUZ, the sun drenched southwestern part of the Algarve offers a nice sandy beach, guarded in summer and safe for children. It is a small resort which means that all facilities are easy walking distance from the town centre. The town has all the required amenities which include: post office, bank, busstop, cash dispending machines, Internet cafe, several supermarkets, restaurants and terraces, pharmacy and a good medical centre.

If water sports are your prefence, there are two centres at the beach providing everything from banana boat rides to sailing lessons and fishing excursions.
Facilities at or near Praia da Luz include scuba diving, water-skiing, windsurfing, microlite, horse riding and of course golf. There are four golf courses within a twenty minute drive.
Swimming pools and tennis in the vicinity.

Praia da Luz is close to the historic town of Lagos, with a cosmopolitian marina and great shops.

PREISE UND ZEITEN

CASA BARBOSA is available for your holiday from 1/1 to 31/12 every year. We advise to book early to prevent disappointment.

The rates are in euro per week (8 days/7 nights) and based on a occupancy of 2 persons. If there are more persons in your party there will be a small surcharge for every person above 2. Please ask for the exact rate.
The rates include use of gas/water/electricity, cleaning and all linen. The housekeeper will come every week and will change the bed linen. Bath linen will be changed 2x weekly.
The final cleaning and tourist taxes are also included.

During the period 1/11-31/03 gas and elctricity are not inclusive.

For longer stays in winter there will be a special rate for a minimum of 4 weeks stay with 2 persons. Please ask for the details.
