Kitchen with electric cooking, microwave, oven and fridge.
Bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine.
Outside sun terrace wit sun canopy and individual parking.
Very tranquil location! Due to the appartments location it is unsuitable for children.
Bed linen is not included but can be rented.

UMGEBUNG & AKTIVITÄTEN

The apartment is situated with magnificent views across the medieval village of Agel and its Chateau.
Great area for site seeing, walking, cycling and for the more energetic jogging across lovely hillsides.
The surrounding area is famous for its wine and olive productions.
Not far from the village are the costal resorts of the southwest of France including Narbonne-plage, Gruissan, St.Pierre etc. where beautiful long sandy beaches were safe swimming and other water sports are recommended.
The area is famous for his restaurants which includes not only French, but other cuisines.
There are always busy markets in surrounding areas on every day of the week where there is something to be found for every tastes.
