BESCHREIBUNG & EINTEILUNG

The cottage sleeps 2 persons or 2+baby or small child. The upper floor has 2 single beds and a shower/toilet room. Downstairs is a sitting area with wood burning stove.
The kitchen area has an electric hob with oven, fridge and dining facilities. All dishes etc. and cookware is supplied.
We can supply a cot and high chair. We do supply bed linen but ask that you bring your own towels. A washing machine is available for use.
The cottage has a self contained garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Own entrance.
There is also off road parking.
Free WiFi available
Bike hire available in village.

UMGEBUNG & AKTIVITÄTEN

Cognac is 40mins drive and is where you can tour the many distilleries, large and small and sample the brandy and the local aperitif Pineau.
La Rochelle is 45mins drive and is where you can sample delicious seafood at outdoor cafes and wander the narrow streets. There are many good sandy beaches nearby.
Futuroscope at Poitiers is 1hr.
The area is good for walking and cycling. The cottage is close to the river Boutonne where fishing is allowed with a license. We can advise on this.
There is a swimming pool in the nearby town of Aulnay,10min drive. This is also where the local supermarket, shops and restaurants can be found.
2ks from the cottage is Dampierre sur Boutonne where there is a bar/restaurant & shop. There is also a Renaissance Chateau.
Close to Dampierre is the centre for breeding the Poitou donkeys which does guided tours in French and English.

PREISE UND ZEITEN

The cottage is available all year. The price is all inclusive. There may be an additional charge for heating in cold weather.
We do supply bed linen but not towels.
A non refundable deposit of 75euros is payable when booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. You may pay in full when booking if you wish.
Midweek arrivals are accepted at the normal weekly rate.
