BESCHREIBUNG & EINTEILUNG

Very centrally located residence on Lake Maggiore. This small complex with only 12 apartments makes an ideal starting point for lovely walks along the enchanting Lago Maggiore or other trips in the area. 'Holiday' is located in the heart of the typical Italian town of Baveno. Approximately 400 meters away lies a small beach. In the vicinity you will find pleasant restaurants and cozy cafes. The embarkation point for the boat to the world famous Borromeo Islands is only 50 meters from the accommodation, so you should certainly not let this wonderful opportunity pass you by!

Simple but nicely furnished apartment. On the roof of the building there is a common terrace with sun loungers and a beautiful view. The 'bilocale' apartments have a balcony. This 'bilocale' apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons and has a total area of approx. 40 sqm. The apartment has one bedroom furnished with a double bed. Furthermore, there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette has a 2-burner stove and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The residence has an elevator. 50 meters from the residence there is a free parking lot. There is also limited parking directly outside the door.
